The quickest way to make changes/edit your subscription (cancel, pause, change size, address, or billing information) is by clicking on the "Manage Subscription" button at the top of the page, logging into your account, and changing it from your customer profile. 

Even if you have placed order(s) with us, it does not automatically sign you up for an account. You still have to follow the steps to create your account, if you never have.
