Hopefully you love the items you have received from us; however, we are so sorry if you are unhappy.
You are welcome to return any merchandise that you have ordered for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of delivery and unused.

In order to return an item(s), we ask that you fill out our Return Request form. Once the request is approved, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to properly return your item(s).
You can find the Return Request Form by clicking the Return icon under "Manage your orders" and logging into your account.
Due to how our promotions work we can NOT currently accept exchanges. You will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order if the item is still available on our website.
