Click on the Track icon under "Manage your orders" and sign into your account. Once you have signed in, you can view the status of any orders that you have, that are associated with the accounts email address.
Sometimes packages get marked as delivered on the tracking information before they actually are. If you haven't received your order within a couple of days of the tracking information showing delivered, check with your local post office and neighbors to see if they can help locate your package.
If the post office cannot locate a missing package, ask them to file a claim, let us know once the claim has been started, and then we will offer a replacement or refund for that order.
